I have always been a firm believer in that if you feel good in what you're wearing your performance will be better. You see, our confidence starts within but it's triggered by outside factors such as our skin and our clothes. Waking up at 5:00am is not fun, choosing to go sweat vs. staying at home watching your favorite show is hard… But if you have a motivation it becomes a little easier.
